During the course of service carrier, Dr. A. K. Jain has been regarded as a good, efficient and effective manager for initiation, establishment and impetus development to different and diversified comprehensive rural development projects for gainful self-employment of rural families, especially the disadvantaged section, for ensuring sustainable livelihood, enriched environment, improved quality of life with good human values through development research, effective use of local resources, extension of appropriate technologies and up-gradation of skills & capabilities with community participation.

These comprehensive rural development projects have been sponsored by different agencies of indigenous & foreign governments, semi-governments and Private & Corporate Sectors like Government of Maharashtra, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Government of Rajashthan, Government of Bihar, Government of Jharkhand, Government of India (GOI), NABARD, UPDASP, UPLDC, DST, ICEF, CIDA, CEC, World Bank, Godhan Vikas Nigam Ltd. Chitrakoot, SSSST Jankikund (M.P.), HLL Mumbai, ITC Kolkata etc.

Basically, Dr. A. K. Jain is a veterinary graduate of excellent academic carrier, passed out in the year 1976 from U.P. College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (Agra University), Mathura (U.P.) and has been engaged in Livestock Development Programmes since beginning of his service carrier with BAIF Development Research Foundation, Urulikanchan, PUNE (Maharashtra) after completing his internship in Semen Collection, Processing and Distribution Centre at Etah-207001 (U.P.) in 1977.

Since 1977, Dr. A.K. Jain has been engaged in Livestock Development Programme through Cross-breeding of non-descriptive local cattle & buffaloes and line-breeding in indigenous breeds of cattle & buffaloes for their genetic up-gradation for increased milk production by using frozen semen technology with artificial inseminations technique at different locations in different states of India like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in different positions and capacities. He has been Farm Manager for different organized Research & Demonstration Farms at BAIF-Central Cattle Breeding Farm, Urulikanchan (Maharashtra) and at Cattle Breeding & Demonstration Farm in Etah Dairy of Hindustan Lever Ltd. (HLL), Bombay. He has been advisor and consultant to organized dairy farm of Shri Sadguru Sewa Sangh Trust, Jankikund, Satana (M.P.).

Dr. A. K. Jain has been regularly engaged in his capacity building for his technical and professional skill up-gradation by attending different techno-managerial courses in India and abroad.

In May, 2010, Dr. A. K. Jain joined J.K.Trust Gram vikas Yojana, an activity of J.K. Trust, an N.G.O. under CSR activity of Raymond Ltd., Thane (Maharashtra) in the capacity of ‘State Project Manager’ to manage and supervise its RKVY Project under its Cattle Breed Improvement Programme in Maharashtra state. Besides it,, he has been engaged in the challenging job of Monitoring and Evaluation of Different projects of different sponsoring agencies with JKTGVY organization in the states of AP, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, MP, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.

Dr. Sunil Kumar is working as Professor & Head, Div. of Livestock Products Technology, F.V.Sc.&A.H., Sher-E-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology, R.S. Pura, Jammu. He is having an experience of more than 17 years in the area of Teaching Research and Extension. As a teacher, he had taught the students of UG, PG & Ph.D. Degree programmes. More than 75 Research Paper (39 International and 36 National) published in high quality peer reviewed Journals, 5 patents, 55 reviews/articles/lead papers 11 popular articles, more than 60 abstracts, 3 books, 6 booklets 13 book chapters, 8 pamphlets 6 laboratory manuals, 8 training manuals and one technical bulletin goes to his credit. Being a teacher, he has served for more than 20 Institution/Universities as paper setter/evaluator or for other confidential assignment etc including UPSC, ASRB, IVRI, SKUAST-K, GADVASU, DUVASU, HPKVV, LUVAS, RAJUVAS, Veterinary University Jabalpur, Veterinary University, Durg, MAFSU, Sri Ventekeshwara University Tripura and many more. For the transfer of technology, more than 30 trainings comprising of more than 600 beneficiaries have been imparted on value addition of milk and meat products, shelf life extension, proper packaging and storage of livestock products. In person, he has been awarded with Emerald Literati Award (by Emerald Group USA), Faculty Research Award (by AICTE Chairman on behalf of Careers 360), Best Researcher Award – SKUAST-Jammu and Best Stall Award (for Innovative technologies) by SKUAST-Jammu.

Shivam Dubey is a techno-legal professional and has been associated with IIIT- Allahabad. He has a legal and science background with a Master degree in Law and a Master degree in Information Security also. His interest area is in cyber security and he works on social issues as well.

Shailesh Srivastava is global humanitarian aid worker. He has around 20 years of international and national experience serving humanities.
